Pre-Order & Down Payment Policy

At The Bag Whisperer PH, we strive to bring you the finest luxury finds. Please review our official pre-order terms prior to placing an order.

Payment Options:

• 50% Down Payment (Manual Order): To reserve an item with a 50% down payment (DP), please message us directly so we can manually process your reservation and guide you through the initial payment. This down payment is strictly non-refundable once processed, but the full amount paid will be credited toward your total purchase price.

• Full Payment (Website Checkout): If you prefer to place your order directly through our website checkout, full payment (100%) is required at the time of purchase.

Pre-Shipment & Arrival Timeline:

• Pre-Shipment Photo: You will receive a pre-shipment photo of your item approximately 10 to 14 days after payment confirmation.

• PH Arrival: Items typically arrive in the Philippines within 14 days following pre-shipment confirmation.

• Actual Photos & Final Balance: Upon arrival in the PH, we will send actual photos of your item. For 50% DP orders, your final balance invoice will be issued at this stage.

30-Day Claim Period & Balance Payment:

• Payment & Claim Window: For downpayment reservations, buyers must pay the remaining 50% balance and claim their item within 30 calendar days of receiving the arrival notification.

• Forfeiture: Any pre-ordered items not fully paid and claimed within this 30-day window will be forfeited, along with the non-refundable down payment.
