Terms & Conditions
By placing an order with The Bag Whisperer PH (“TBW,” “we,” “our”), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms and policies.
1. Product Understanding & Brand Non-Affiliation
TBW offers premium-crafted leather goods and accessories designed to deliver high-quality craftsmanship, structure, and aesthetic appeal at accessible pricing.
• All items are independently sourced.
• TBW is an independent retailer.
• We are not affiliated with, authorized by, sponsored by, or connected to any fashion house, brand owner, trademark holder, or designer.
• Any brand names mentioned on our website or social media are used strictly for descriptive or comparison purposes only.
• All trademarks, logos, and brand names remain the property of their respective owners.
• Products may reflect design elements commonly seen within the luxury market segment.
Minor variations in stitching, hardware tone, embossing depth, alignment, dimensions, or finishing may occur due to production characteristics.
Such variations are considered normal and are not grounds for refund or exchange as long as they do not materially affect the item’s structure or functionality.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept the independent nature of TBW and the characteristics of the products offered.
2. Order Confirmation
• Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of payment (full payment or required downpayment).
• We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion.
• Prices may change without notice until payment is made.
3. Pre-Order & Downpayment Policy
Certain items are sourced specifically upon client request.
• Pre-orders require a downpayment to secure the item.
• Downpayments are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Estimated sourcing timeline is approximately up 2 to 4 weeks (subject to logistics conditions).
• When applicable, supplier confirmation photos will be sent before final dispatch.
Failure to settle the remaining balance within the agreed timeframe may result in cancellation and forfeiture of downpayment.
4. Payment Policy
• Full payment is required before shipment unless Cash on Delivery (COD) is arranged and approved.
• Proof of payment must be sent immediately after transfer.
• TBW is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect payment details provided by the buyer.
Payment-first transactions are prioritized.
5. Shipping Policy
• Same-day delivery is available within Metro Manila and nearby provinces (subject to availability).
• Nationwide delivery typically takes 2-7 business days after dispatch.
• Shipping fees are shouldered by the buyer unless otherwise stated.
• All packages are securely packed and shipped discreetly.
TBW is not liable for courier delays once the item has been handed over.
6. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy
• COD is available nationwide.
• A non-refundable shipping + COD handling fee must be paid first to confirm the booking.
• Buyers may inspect the item upon delivery before paying the remaining balance.
• If the buyer refuses the item upon arrival, the shipping + COD fee is forfeited.
• Re-delivery requests will require new shipping + COD fees.
COD is strictly for sure buyers only.
7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
General Policy
All sales are final.
Refunds are not provided for:
• Change of mind
• Personal preference
• Expectation differences
• Minor production variations
• Comparisons to boutique retail items
Defective Items
A defective item refers to:
• Broken zipper
• Major tear or structural damage
• Hardware failure affecting functionality
If an item is genuinely defective:
• Report within 24 hours of receipt
• Provide a complete unedited unboxing video (from sealed package to full inspection)
• Exchange is allowed for ON-HAND items only
• For sourced items, replacement will be arranged (no refund)
8. Exchange Policy
• Exchange requests must be made within 1 day of receiving the item.
• Item must be unused and in original condition.
• Buyer shoulders shipping costs both ways.
• Exchanges must be of equal value.
9. Partial Refunds (Discretionary)
In certain cases, TBW may offer a partial refund instead of exchange.
• Extended at our sole discretion
• Evaluated on a case-by-case basis
This is not guaranteed.
10. Unboxing Requirement
For any concern to be reviewed:
• A full, unedited unboxing video is mandatory
• Video must show sealed packaging and complete inspection
• No video documentation = no claim
11. Limitation of Liability
TBW is not responsible for:
• Courier delays or mishandling
• Slight color differences due to lighting or screen display
• Buyer expectations beyond product description
• Natural wear over time
12. Amendments
TBW reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
